Baseball Pitcher Velocity & Armcare Program

The Velocity/Armcare program is a time tested carefully crafted program that has been offered to our travel teams over the past 7 years.

This program is a combination of a pitcher specific training program along with the Driveline Armcare/Velocity Program that is the state of the art from the best known baseball training company in the business.

Our program consists of 3 Phases, with each phase having a specific objective.
Phase 1 is a pitcher specific workout that is designed to get each players body ready to handle the rigors of the Driveline Velo program. Without a good base, you can not build a house, therefore our goal in Phase I is to build the base for the player. Phase 1 is 4 weeks long.
Phase 2 incorporates those same pitcher specific workouts but now incorporates throwing both a baseball, and the some of the weighted balls to get the body and arm ready to go harder in Phase III. Phase II is 3 weeks in length.
Phase 3 is a 7 week program that follows the Driveline Velocity program and is designed for either middle school players (13U & 14U) or HS players.

Each player will also be evaluated by a certified physical therapist to ensure that each player does not have any physical deficiencies that might lead to an arm injury. That evaluation will be complete prior to Phase III for each player and will take place at DTA.

Sessions are on Monday, Wed and Saturday each week. You can pick your weekday times, 6 - 7 or 7 - 8 pm and Saturdays will be between 9 - 10 or 10 - 11 am each week.

No sessions the week of Thanksgiving or Xmas.
